摘要:I intend to introduce the nonlocal Cahn-Hilliard equation and to present a number of related theoretical results obtained by various authors. These results are mainly concerned with the notion of solution and its properties. Then, I will also briefly discuss its coupling with the Navier-Stokes system and with Darcy’s law.
报告人简介:Maurizio Grasselli现为意大利米兰理工大学正教授,他于1991年在米兰大学取得博士学位。他在微分方程和积分微分方程的反问题、无限维耗散动力系统、扩散界面模型等研究中取得了系列成果,在SIAM J. Math. Anal., Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré C Anal. Non Linéaire, J. Funct. Anal., Comm. Partial Differential Equations, Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.等国际期刊上发表多篇高质量科研论文。

摘要:We consider tumour growth models described by phase-field systems coupled with some reaction-diffusion equations, e.g., for nutrients or specific biomarkers. We analyse the inverse problem of the reconstruction of earlier tumor states starting from measurements of the state variables at the final time. This can be useful in medical applications to locate the areas where tumors started growing and to better calibrate therapies.
报告人简介:Cecilia Cavaterra现为意大利米兰大学副教授,她于1993年在博洛尼亚大学取得博士学位。她在演化方程的反问题、无限维耗散动力系统、扩散界面模型等研究中取得了系列成果,在SIAM J. Math. Anal., Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal., J. Differential Equations等国际期刊上发表多篇高质量科研论文。
